The meaning of:
The word Gebo (or “Gyfu” in Old English) also means “gift” — a reminder that service is our starting point. The work we do, and what we co-create, is offered as a gift: to each other, to our communities, and to the systems we aim to transform.
Gebo is a Nordic rune (X) symbolizing reciprocity, right relationship, and the value created through mutual exchange. It reminds us that real transformation happens in relationship — when we meet one another with honesty, respect, and shared purpose.
